This class (Force Encounters Analysis) should be taught to every officer before going out to the field. Every topic, including response time, reaction time and how your brain operates were relevant for me.

I wish I was offered this class early in my career. All topics were relevant and important for officers.
Force Encounters Analysis is a class that should be required for all use of force investigators. Topics that were especially relevant to me were fatigue, memory, and the fact that most departments are far behind the knowledge curve. I plan on addressing this training with admin.
Excellent course and a must for any investigator or supervisor that is involved in UOF investigations. It gives a greater level of understanding to officers actions, perception, and recollection related to high stress, critical incidents.
Force Encounters Analysis is an excellent course and should be a requirement for all law enforcement management, peer review, OIR, Civilian Review, Police Commissions, city councils and board of supervisors.
Instructors Geis and Tosti are incredible! Every LEO needs to attend this class.
Force Encounters Analysis is an absolutely necessary class for anyone who investigates law enforcement officers involved in shootings. Very, very well done! I will conduct a teach-back to my division.
This training (Force Encounters Analysis) is vital and imperative for all levels of law enforcement departments, from the entry level officerto the chief.
Regardless of your rank, if you have taken the initiative to attend this training, you are a leader in your organization.
