Deputy Chief Schnabl is a true believer in the course content (Human Factors). His passion for the material is reflected in his teaching style. The class covered a much broader range of topics than I had anticipated. I believe I will now be able to address cultural issues within our agency and discuss sleep issues and how they relate to TCs.
